1. Copywriting & Marketing Services
-
Deposits & Payment: All copywriting, design, and marketing projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot in our project calendar. Full payment is due upon delivery of final content or according to a previously agreed-upon payment schedule or invoice.
-
Refunds: Due to the custom, creative, and labor-intensive nature of copywriting and digital marketing deliverables, all sales are final once work has begun. Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less the non-refundable deposit). Once content creation, design, or strategy work has officially started, no refunds will be issued.
2. Coaching & Development Services
-
Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions must be paid in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
