Amanda Simons

Hey there, I’m Amanda! I co-founded Glendie Creative with one mission: to help businesses grow by connecting with audiences in a genuinely human way.
My passion for people has fueled my 14-year sales & marketing career across industries such as hospitality, retail, health, and beauty, and that experience taught me that relationships are everything. I’ve seen first-hand how the connections businesses build with their customers is what leads to long-term, sustained growth. This tends to be overlooked by a lot of companies, but those who recognize and embrace it have a key competitive advantage.
I followed up my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Master's in Instructional Design because I've always been fascinated by the way people learn, connect with ideas, and make decisions. That perspective shapes every strategy I build. I enjoy blending analytics, creativity, and psychology to create content that is both aesthetically pleasing and supports meaningful results.
Whether I’m working with customers or clients, I continually ask myself, “How can I help this person succeed?” I believe that your success is my success, and that forms the basis of everything I do.

Hi, I'm Alexis! Since I started working in digital marketing over 10 years ago, I've learned that my greatest passion is helping people and businesses grow into their potential.
I've always been a strong believer in the power of learning. I started my career as a high school science teacher, helping students discover the importance of curiosity, critical thinking, and asking important questions. I later carried that belief into higher education, where I created and led professional development programs focused on leadership, communication, and team effectiveness for thousands of professionals.
Throughout this time, I continued quietly growing my skills in digital marketing on the side. I helped dozens of businesses strengthen their brands with strategic content, SEO, email marketing, social media, and website copy designed to connect with real people. What once started as a creative outlet gradually became a much bigger part of my work, and eventually, I knew I wanted to pursue it full time.
With Master's degrees in Education and Communication, I now bring together my experiences in marketing, communication, education, and coaching to help businesses reach their goals. I look forward to seeing how we can work together to help you meet your full potential!
Kyle Simons
Creative & Technical Lead
My journey began with a lifelong passion for art and animation, which originally led me to study Media Art & Animation. Along the way, my career transitioned into the technology sector, where I focused on system administration, web design, and development, before ultimately coming full circle and returning to my creative roots by earning my Graphic Design (AS) and Visual Arts (BS) degrees from Full Sail University.
This background allows me to bring a robust blend of digital design, technology, and motion graphics to the agency. My professional experience comes from within the Higher Education system of Tennessee, where I served across critical enterprise domains, including Technical Support, Server Administration, and ultimately as a team leader, alongside my creative work as a graphic designer for the TBR system office.
I back this combination of art and technology with a strong suite of technical certifications, including CompTIA Security+, A+, Project+, and specialized CIW credentials in JavaScript and Web Design. At Glendie Creative, I engineer the digital assets, creative content management systems, and engaging, client-centered creative assets with customer engagement always in mind.
